Do you do rush orders?
No we do not do rush orders. Building suits to a good standard takes time. But if you want a suit in time for an event, let us know far enough in advance and we will do our very best to get it made in time.
How long have you been building suits for?
We have been building suits since 2012.
Do you use real fur?
No we do not use real fur and we will refuse to work with anyone who requests us to do so.
What type of materials do you use?
We only use high quality materials for our suits as we want them to last for as long as possible.
Do you require a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD)?
Yes a duct tape dummy will be required when building our suits, but please make sure they are done correctly as this is what we will use as a template.

We ship world wide.
Please be aware we are UK based but if you are outside the UK we will use an international courier e.g. DHL or UPS. If you would like a different postal service, please state in the quote form. Please be aware there will be an additional cost for this.
How long are your commission queues?
Each suit is different, so a more complex suit will take longer then a less complex suit. A basic suit can take at least 3 Months, but this all depends on when we receive your 50% of the overall commission payment and how many other suits are ahead of you in our queue.
For example, we recently finished a complex suit with 57 individually hand stitched spots, Digi grade padding, NFT hair and puffy paws and it took us 6 months to complete.
What is your suit building process?
Once we receive your quote form, We will price up your suit.
Next we will draw up a suit concept design including fur swatches and any other necessary information, which we will e-mail to you along with a measurement sheet (unless you are sending us a DTD) for confirmation.
When you are happy, we will begin ordering materials and constructing your suit.
We will send you work in progress photos as we work on your suit.
Once your suit is completed and full payment has been received, we will send your suit to you.

Work in Progress Updates
We will post update pictures at key stages of construction on our social media accounts and to your email address. We will not post any update pictures to our social media pages if you've ask for your suit to be kept secret, but we can still e-mail them to you if requested.
Payment information
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks to reserve your place in our commission queue and 50% is required before we begin construction. The remainder of the payment will be required after construction has been completed. We are only able to accept PayPal at this time.
Do you do payment plans?
We offer flexible payment plans to help you pay for your suit. A payment plan may be the best option for you if you are unable to pay the full amount for your suit in one go. Please let us know if you wish to have a payment plan put in place when you submit your quote form to us. Please note that 50% is required before we begin constructing your suit.
Can I pay more for my suit to be completed quicker?
No we have a strict policy on queue jumping. We keep our suits at the highest quality and will not rush them. If you would like your suit in time for an event, please let us know far enough in advance and we will do our best to get it done in time for you.

If you have ordered from us before and desire new/replacement parts to match your current suit from us, please email us for a price quote for your order.
Note: as our fur suppliers change their fur stocks annually, we cannot guarantee we will be able to use the same fur as used previously, but we will do our best to match it.
